I am a research student in the Centre for Interaction Design and am undertaking my PhD with Professor David Benyon. My research topic includes layered experience of users in physical spaces especially in cityscape. I’m interested in user engagement in those interactions and the pervasiveness of the technology used. I’m also interested in different spaces created by technology and the blending in between those spaces. For me anchoring a physical space to a virtual one is a real challenge and creating an interaction including this concept is my main goal. The user’s movement in the space time continuum of this specific places is really interesting. Hopefully my interdisciplinary background will help me to contribute to the current mass of the research.
